TUCUMCARI, N.M. (KRQE) – A New Mexico judge arrested for DWI has been suspended without pay.

Tucumcari Municipal Court Judge Joe Dominguez was pulled over in Tucumcari earlier this month after a State Police officer watched him run a stop sign.

The 71-year-old admitted to drinking a beer, but according to the complaint he did poorly on field sobriety tests and blew a 0.09.
