Crews were out in force Tuesday cleaning up damage from Monday’s storm.

Albuquerque got a little more than an inch of rain, leaving many neighborhoods littered with debris.

City crews spent the day cleaning up downed trees, standing water, and even large rocks that were swept into streets.

Still, many people say the damage is a small price to pay for the much needed rain.

“Everyone’s post or people talking… they were just thankful to have you know, that bountiful fall of rain… so being thankful,” said Shannon Flege of Albuquerque.

The city says to report any remaining storm damage to 311.
